Leadership Development for Elders
Leadership Development for Elders is a new intiative born out of visiting a number of leadership teams/ Sessions/ Committees/ Select Vestry's/ Church Councils etc within local churches and hearing their desire for some assitance regarding their development as leaders of the local church.
Leadership First has access to a number of excellent resources which can be tailored to suit any local church that wishes to undertake some leadership training for its Elders or those who have responsibilityfor the spiritual oversight of the church. This can range from one session (an evening) to any number of sessions depending upon the church's requirements.

- The Land Between - How do we lead through the difficult times and how do these provide some of the greatest opportunities for spiritual growth?
- What Motivates People? - Just what does help people engage fully with your church's mission?
