Making Your Church More Welcoming

This course can be conducted over the course of two evenings and is ideal for those on your church's stewarding team who are given the task of greeting and welcoming people to your church. The course would cover the following important questions:

Why is it important that we consider how we welcome people?

How welcoming are we as a church at the moment?

What does a truly welcoming church 'feel like'?

How could we improve upon our welcome?

What ways have we of connecting new people into the life and ministry of the church?

Following this short course your church will be in a very good place to produce some guidelines to enhance the welcome that you give to all those who attend.
