For many years now Chris has been involved in the training of small group leaders for churches that perhaps want to re-think their small groups ministry, or for those who are venturing out in to small groups for the first time.

Over 4 evening sessions Chris can offer training which simulates a small group experience and looks at the following:

2. What makes for a good small group experience?

3. The 4 Ws of small group success - Welcome; Worship; Word and Works.

4. Looking beyond the group - how can they help build up the church and touch the community beyond?
